Emergency First Aid at Work RQF Level 3 (1 Day)
Our Emergency First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive training programme suitable for staff in any sector, providing essential knowledge to ensure a safe working environment. The training is also available as an open course option, although the in-house version is recommended so that the training can be tailored to suit the delegates’ workplace. The course is delivered in one day ( min 6 hours) and delegates will be assessed on their practical skills and a multiple choice test paper at the end, with a certificate awarded upon completion.
First Aid at Work RQF Level 3 (3 Days)
Our OFQUAL accredited Level 3 First Aid at Work course is our comprehensive First Aid training course and is specifically delivered to be in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and ACOP L74. The training is delivered over the course of 3 days with delegates being assessed on their practical skills and a multiple choice test paper at the end, with a certificate awarded upon completion. We provide this training both in-house and as an open course, although we typically recommend the in-house option, and the training can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each workplace.
First Aid at Work Re-Qualification RQF Level 3 (2 Days)
Our First Aid at Work Requalification course is designed for anyone who has previously completed the 3 day First Aid at Work qualification and needs to renew their skills and certification. This refresher lasts 2 days and secures the delegates’ qualification for a further 3 years so that the 3 day course will not need to be retaken. This training is delivered both in-house and as an open course, although we recommend the in-house version as the training can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of your workplace.
First Aid at Work Annual Refresher Training (Half Day)
The Annual First Aid Refresher course is designed for anyone who has previously completed either the 3 day First Aid at Work, or the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course. This half a day session is recommended to be taken every year so that delegates are able to refresh their skills and ensure they are working to the latest standards and regulations. The course is available to be delivered in-house, so the course can be tailored to specifically suit the delegates’ workplace.
Paediatric First Aid RQF Level 3 (2 Days)
Our Paediatric First Aid course is primarily designed for those who are responsible for children under the age of 8. The training lasts 2 days and meets Ofsted requirements by complying with the mandatory Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This course is available both in-house and as an open course, although we recommend the in-house option so that the training can be tailored to suit any specific workplace requirements.

Automated External Defibrillation (AED) RQF Level 2 (4 Hours)
Our Automated External Defibrillation (AED) course lasts half a day (4 hours) and is suitable for delegates working in any sector. The training meets Resuscitation Council guidelines to ensure that defibrillators can be operated safely and legally. The AED course itself offers hands on training to give confidence whilst operating an AED and delivering CPR. The training can be delivered either in-house or by attending an open course, although we recommend the in-house option which enables the training to be tailored to suit the delegates’ workplace.
Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis RQF Level 2 (4 Hours)
Our BLS and Management of Anaphylaxis course lasts half a day (4 hours) and is suitable for delegates working in any sector particularly the care and education sectors. The training meets Resuscitation Council guidelines to ensure that Anaphylaxis can be treated safely. The Management of Anaphylaxis course itself offers hands on training to give confidence whilst operating an EpiPen, Jext or Emerade device and delivering CPR. The training can be delivered either in-house or by attending an open course, although we recommend the in-house option which enables the training to be tailored to suit the delegates’ workplace.
